Rules and Restrictions
 
Acceptance of Terms:
The $250 Vacation Voucher Giveaway – Santa Fe Pride 2018 offer ("giveaway") is a promotion offered for and by The Hill Guys® Travel.  All rights reserved.  By participating in this offer you hereby agree to and accept these terms.
 
Eligibility:

• No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway
• You must be at least 21 years old
• You must provide your first and last name and a valid email address (we will never sell or otherwise share your information)
• Only one (1) giveaway entry is permitted per household
• You must consent to having your name and image displayed in any and all The Hill Guys® Travel promotional materials
• Close friends and relatives of employees and owners of The Hill Guys® Travel as well as its employees, suppliers and owners are not eligible to participate in the giveaway

 
Giveaway Entry Acceptance:

• Date:  Saturday, 30 June 2018
• Location:  The Hill Guys® Travel booth at Santa Fe Pride in Santa Fe, New Mexico
• Times:  While The Hill Guys® Travel festival booth is open and its representative present

 
The $250 Vacation Voucher ("voucher"):

• One (1) $250 Vacation Voucher will be awarded
• A drawing from all eligible entries will be held to determine the award recipient
• The recipient will be notified via email by Saturday, 14 July 2018
• The voucher has no cash value and is valid only for travel bookings made through The Hill Guys® Travel as the agent
• The voucher may only be applied toward a vacation package that has a minimum duration of four (4) nights and includes either 1) a combination of both hotel accommodations and air travel or 2) an ocean or river cruise
• The Hill Guys® Travel will pay the $250 directly to the travel supplier(s) and not to the recipient
• The recipient is responsible for all booking and travel costs beyond the $250 value of the voucher
• Travel must be completed no later than Tuesday, 30 April 2019
• The voucher is non-transferrable
• In the event that the recipient is unable to meet these terms prior to booking and payment, the recipient will forfeit the $250 voucher without contest or monetary compensation
• In the event that travel arrangements have been booked and paid for and are subsequently canceled, the recipient agrees that The Hill Guys® Travel is entitled to recoup the full value of the voucher ($250) that it paid toward the booking(s) and may first deduct that amount from any refunded monies prior to receiving any form of refund himself, and in the event that the cancellation and refund policies of the travel supplier(s) make the refund amount less than $250 the recipient agrees to pay The Hill Guys® Travel the difference to total $250 within 30 days of the cancellation
• Unless otherwise stated in writing, the recipient agrees and accepts The Hill Guys® Travel Terms & Conditions of Service at http://www.hillguystravel.com/terms--conditions.html
